  Carefully place the unworn jewelry or clothing in its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
